ITC limited (ITC) runs Woohoo Keeping It Cool Contest 2024 from 5th May, 2024 to 15th July, 2024. Residents of the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan can participate in this contest. Selected Weekly Winners will also stand a chance to win online gift vouchers worth Rs 500.

Woohoo Keeping It Cool Contest 2024 [Eligibility]

This Contest is open only to persons of age 18 years and above, as on midnight of 24th May, 2024. Participation in this activity is purely voluntary. Participation in this activity implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. This activity is only open and valid for the residents of the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra and Rajasthan.

Note:
The contest is not applicable in or for the residents of the state of Tamil Nadu. Any missed call or participation received from the residents of states other than those specified above will not be considered. Participation in this activity will be treated as void ab initio wherever such activities are specifically prohibited under local laws.

Woohoo Keeping It Cool Contest 2024 [Participation]

• The eligible individuals who intend to participate in this activity would have to scan the QR code mentioned on the packaging insert or give a missed call on 7799724583 to receive a microsite link via SMS.
• The eligible individuals should then register themselves on www.keepingitcool.in by entering their name, age, mobile number, city and state, OTP verification and unique code mentioned on the packaging insert, to participate in the contest.
• All eligible individuals, after registering themselves, shall be given 6 (six) expressions, out of which the eligible individuals would have to select one expression to colour.
• After selecting one of the expressions, the eligible individuals would get a chance to colour the same using a given colour palette, within a time period of 60 seconds.
• The eligible individuals would have to choose colours from the given palette and would need to drag the required colour one at a time from the palette to virtually paint the expression.

Woohoo Keeping It Cool Contest 2024 [Prizes]

• Once the chosen expression is painted and a coloured expression is created, all valid entries registering with a unique code shall stand a chance to win an assured digital cashback of Rs 10.
• This assured prize will be informed via SMS within 48 hours of completing the activity. Each mobile number is eligible for assured cashback for once only.
• Selected Weekly Winners will also stand a chance to win online gift vouchers worth Rs 500. The best 50 entries over the course of the campaign will stand a chance to win a mobile phone worth Rs 20,000.
• Ties, if any, will be sorted through least time taken. The winners shall be informed of the prizes they have won through SMS.

Woohoo Keeping It Cool Contest 2024 [Terms]

• The entries shall be judged on the basis of creativity, modernity, style, innovativeness, choice of colours, and aesthetics. The judging would be done by an expert panel.
• The prizes shall be given to the respective winning participants, subject to the winner presenting the original packaging insert, a valid proof of identity, address and age.
• ITC Limited shall not be liable for non-receipt of the prize due to the incorrect details provided by the winner. No additional claim shall be entertained.
• A damaged or illegible packaging insert may be rejected.
• There is no warranty or assurance as to the quality of prizes won. The actual prize won may differ in size, shape or colour as compared to the ones depicted in the communications.
• The prizes in our communications are meant for illustration purpose only. The prize won is non-transferable and shall not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• ITC limited (ITC) reserves the right to reject the claim if any of the terms or conditions are not met. ITC will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of this activity.
• ITC unilaterally reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this activity including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice or assigning any reason, at its sole discretion and without any liability.
• Employees of ITC and their family members are not entitled to participate in this activity.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata.
• By participating in the activity, the participants consent to collection, storing, processing and use of personal information of the participants by ITC and its service providers.
• ITC is only responsible for providing the voucher. The voucher shall be governed by the terms and conditions mentioned on the voucher, which the winners need to accept and agree to before availing the voucher.
• The terms and conditions of the voucher are governed by the respective service providers and ITC will not be liable in any manner for any claim arising out of or in respect of the terms and conditions of the vouchers.
